I believe education is one of the most powerful catalysts for lasting social change. My journey is driven by a simple purpose: creating opportunities for people to learn, grow, connect, and contribute to their communities.
I am a young Afghan entrepreneur, founder, educator, speaker, and community builder working at the intersection of education, leadership, entrepreneurship, digital learning, and social impact.
I have founded and developed initiatives focused on youth empowerment, learning opportunities, mentorship, leadership development, community engagement, and skills development. Through these initiatives, I aim to help young people—particularly women and girls—build confidence, develop practical skills, discover their potential, and become active contributors to positive change.
My experience includes project coordination, education and training, mentoring, public speaking, community building, event management, digital content, entrepreneurship, and social-impact initiatives. I am particularly interested in transforming ideas into practical opportunities and building communities where people can learn from one another and collaborate.
I have also had the opportunity to speak at TEDx Darulaman, sharing ideas around resilience, education, lifelong learning, and creating opportunities despite challenging circumstances.
As an OMLAS Fellow, I have the opportunity to engage with emerging leaders and explore ideas around leadership, innovation, collaboration, and sustainable social impact.
Growing up in Afghanistan has shaped the way I understand resilience, adaptability, responsibility, and the importance of creating opportunities where they are most needed. It has also strengthened my belief that meaningful change does not always begin with large resources. Sometimes, it begins with one person deciding to take responsibility and create an opportunity for someone else.
Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about education, entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, research, artificial intelligence, healthcare, personal development, and lifelong learning.
My long-term vision is to contribute to building sustainable initiatives that expand access to education, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and opportunities for young people, while helping create communities where the next generation can learn, lead, and build solutions of their own.
I am always open to meaningful conversations, knowledge exchange, mentorship, collaboration, and partnerships that can turn ideas into practical impact.
Let’s connect, exchange ideas, and create opportunities that make a lasting difference.
